fix makesdna on Mac OSX
Code-style consistency improvement: Apply clang-format-all.sh using the _clang-format file through all the cpp/.h files. make sure not to apply it to certain serialization structures, since some parser expects the * as part of the name, instead of type. This commit contains no other changes aside from adding and applying clang-format-all.sh
add the 'extras' and Bullet 2 tests, to make it easier to create a new intermediate release
Split Bullet/src/LinearMath/btSerializer.cpp into btSerializer64.cpp to make it easier to rebuild serialization structure. Add several MSVC optimization flags to cmake. Bump up VERSION because serialization format changed Expose btScalar& jointMaxForce, btScalar& jointMaxVelocity to 'getJointInfo2' API, add backwards compatibility to examples\Importers\ImportURDFDemo\URDFImporterInterface::getJointInfo.
