vkFast and Banzai: in addition to vfBatchBindStorageSingleLimited() and vfeBanzaiPointerGetRawLimited(), add their vfBatchBindStorageSingleCapped() and vfeBanzaiPointerGetRawCapped() variants that, instead of triggering a runtime error on requested bytes count bigger than available, cap the range to the biggest bytes count available
