Fixed #903: Corrected include order in TextureSample
Fixed the TextureSample, it now uses a proper custom constant buffer. Also fixed an issue where resources could still be streamed in, while the engine was shutting down.
Added .gitattributes file to enforce consistent line-endings (#872)
