In visual studio android debugging support - Upgrade precompiled tools submodule to have GdbProxy - Add source code for GdbProxy - Add DbgAndroid.ps1 script for android debugger setup - Add BuildApk.ps1 script for apk building with nice output - Configure various visual studio specific json files to allow for in visual studio android debugging and deployment. - Don't set custom output directory when generating from within visual studio to avoid confusing visual studio.

Updated WhatsNew, fixed -documents cmd argument (#215)
Fixed jni thread mapping to be scoped around java calls. Fixed zip archive reader failing to stream on re-use. Made data dir factories sub-systems. Added basic FoundationTest asset copy step. Extended test loop to handle android events and gracefully end native activity. Implemented android specific timestamp, posix support only allows for 32 bit timestamps on android.
