Improvements to ezBitfield, ezBitflags and ezDeque

Fixed jni thread mapping to be scoped around java calls. Fixed zip archive reader failing to stream on re-use. Made data dir factories sub-systems. Added basic FoundationTest asset copy step. Extended test loop to handle android events and gracefully end native activity. Implemented android specific timestamp, posix support only allows for 32 bit timestamps on android.
