Restructured the repository such that all code actually resides under the "Code" folder.
- Previous compression enabled should be patched to compression mode high to result in the same target format as before. - HashedString natvis fix.
* Updated DirectX Tex to the latest GitHub version * Ran StaticLinkTool to fix Linux build * Added missing reference images for new image format tests
