Add eval=true to all numeric SpecPar sections in all Phase II Tracker XMLs. This will help speed-up the DD4hep workflows (no time lost with string handling).
Updated TBPX supports (Reduced mass of CFRP in external and internal supports + Add Airex to internal supports).
XMLs: Add IT 615 and IT 616. IT 615, TFPX: Changed sensors spacing within all double-disks + Increased distance between Disks 6 and 7 + Put TBPX portcards between Disks 6 and 7. IT 616, TFPX: Shift all double-disks by + 25mm in Z. All services volumes (& TBPX portcards) are also shifted.
Also need to include pixfwd.xml: no change in Tracker detector (so taht can check for regression), but Tracker envelope changed to leave space for FCBM.
Make 2 changes: eta sizes for GE21; Size of Tracker volume to touch CALO and BeamPipe volumes on either side
Remove duplicate service from fixed pixel.xml for T25 and T32
Swap IT702 and IT703 so 702 matches T25 and 703 matches T26
Add T39/D114 geometry to test IT BigPixels
