Moved PixelForward files to a better named directory.
Add modified PhaseI pixel barrel geometry xml's for 2017 scenario
Also add the rails around Forward Inner Tracker.
Create new v3 of pixbarmaterial.xml
Check possibility of adding plt, bcmf and remove bsc detector for run3 scenario
Make it v1 version of Phase1/pixbar.xml.
Rotate all the layers around to make their axis anti-parallel to Z. Undo the transformation only for the sensitive volumes in the modules' local frame.
Changed module and cooling tube parameters
Adjust cooling pipe and coolant density to compensate for the smaller volume
Replaced InterFlangesSuppTub_CFK by Flange4_CFK, in theory would be better to follow existing convention. But since InterFlangesSuppTub_CFK is only defined in a v1 version, this would imply also creating a v1 version of pixbarmaterial.xml, not worth the hassle.
