Provide Run1 and Run2 scenarios for dd4hep
Add overlap check for 2016
Update the references to hcalRecNumbering files to have more appropriate flag to mark he Run2 period

Update all Run3 scenarios with he right DTShiel, GEM and RPC chambers
Update all Run3 scenarios to accommodate the changes for RPC correction for phi staggering and z-position
Update the ZDC geometry and the material in the transport region
Update the PPS component
Update the 2026 geometry scenario by including the latest version of the shielding component
Modify all Run4 scenarios to include the modified RPC geometry
Remove the overlaps in the Phase2 scenarios D111, D112, D113 due to tracker subscenarios T16, T37 and T38
Update the test scenario using T39 to match with those fof T36 and T38
Update the V19 related scenarios using the drawings for the endcap calorimeter region
Update some of the scenarios so that the no-gap solution for V18 and beyond scenarios have no overlap issues

Make a new scenario Run4D127 which closely matches Run4D126 except using an earlier version T35 for Tracker
