Massive file cleanup
Converted in-memory transport to use the message fabric from gRPC transport, and reworked it all. Also, RoutingKey is now more easily supported across supported transports.
Huge push towards optimization on startup, state machines, type discovery, caching, and the consume pipeline. Rebuilt the dispatch filter as a consume context filter for message type dispatch.
