Huge push towards optimization on startup, state machines, type discovery, caching, and the consume pipeline. Rebuilt the dispatch filter as a consume context filter for message type dispatch.
AggregateException should be recognized by the ExceptionFilter and properly inspected to determine if an exception should be handled or ignored.
Integration of all external packages into MassTransit, split out into Abstractions, Middleware, and the core MassTransit assembly.
