Stabilization with fresh update of CAM
Fixed C++ examples New C++ FullWorkflow example - creating a 3D project by external C++ executable with including SCKernelConsole.dll New C++ example - runs SCKernelConsole.dll and gets ICamApiApplication instance to interact with. So, SprutCAM will be run in hidden mode and main application can interact with it through the API
Updated SDK version and build system version. Create a place for specification package dependency.
