Add a second test for the mailer.py script, using revisions from Apache Subversion itself, rather than mocked up revisions.
Test some basic option fetching.
No idea why dos2unix is needed.
Following up on r1659509, extend the whitespace cleanup script to include .sql and .sh files
Update expected output of mailer.py test suite
Make mailer.py work properly with Python 3, and drop Python 2 support.
Add license headers where possible, or exclude the file in rat-excludes.
