We have a new logo, and new icons created from the EPS original.
Some more logo variants.
* notes/logo/subversion_logo.ico, build/win32/svn.ico: Replace the 16x16 pixel true-colour image with a 256-colour version.
Add (micro-corrected) SVG version of the Subversion logo. #ocd
