Add the SQLITE_DEFAULT_DEFENSIVE compile-time option. Fix up test cases so that they work with DEFENSIVE enabled.
Create the new ext/repair folder and move checkfreelist.c there. Remove checkfreelist.c from the command-line shell (undoing check-in [48418f2e]).
Fix harmless static analyzer warnings in sessions, rtree, fts3 and fts5. Add the -DSQLITE_OMIT_AUXILIARY_SAFETY_CHECKS compile-time option to cause ALWAYS() and NEVER() macros to be omitted from the build.
Ensure that all fields of static sqlite3_module objects are explicitly initialized, in order to hush-up nuisance compiler warnings.
Remove references to the now-defunct SQLITE_ENABLE_JSON1 compile-time option.
In sqlite3_checker, wrap the call to "SELECT checkfreelist()" in a transaction.
