First real attempt to convert all mdoc manpages to Wiki syntax. Including the awk script I'm using and updates to the doc generator to produce the Wiki versions as part of the regular deployment.
Fill in missing doc/man and doc/text directories
Issue 16: Generate PDF documentation as well as text and man formats.
Document how to write new tests and how to build and run test suites
Fix typos in comments and documentation
Get rid of warnings from awk scripts.
Replace \e with plain \
Add some more error checking to shell scripts (#2617)
