Fix file_to_pascal_data directory
- Outdated visibility images in img/*.gif removed - Visibility images in source/components/*.inc removed (in favor of counterparts in source/components/images/) + source/components/images/ : up-to-date visibility *.gif images, corresponding *.gif.inc files, Makefile to convert *.gif -> *.gif.inc using file_to_pascal_data
