Tests: Add .lzma test files.
xzgrep: List xzgrep_expected_output in tests/Makefile.am.
Put the interesting parts of XZ Utils into the public domain. Some minor documentation cleanups were made at the same time.
Recreated the BCJ test files for x86 and SPARC. The old files were linked with crt*.o, which are copyrighted, and thus the old test files were not in the public domain as a whole. They are freely distributable though, but it is better to be careful and avoid including any copyrighted pieces in the test files. The new files are just compiled and assembled object files, and thus don't contain any copyrighted code.
Tests: Silence a warning from -Wsign-conversion.
Tests: Fix a memory leak in test_bcj_exact_size.
Rename unaligned_read32ne to read32ne, and similarly for the others.
Tests: Hopefully fix test_check.c to work on EBCDIC systems.
Make tests accommodate missing xz or xzdec.
