[cmake] Add succinct dependency.
[mapcss] Fix natural-wood removal: delete hardcoded type from categories, ugc, tests.
[tests] Set “Clear” style default for all unit tests.
Got rid of the old style std/ includes for several files, mostly in map/ and platform/.
