Update Ndiff to Python 3. Closes #1807
Run whois.nse in complex.xml so it has a hostscript.
Regnerate test scan files, add script scanning, version detection, and OS detection to complex.xml.
Replace random-1.xml and random-2.xml with bigger scans that include OS detection. Update README.
