Move the research models into a research subfolder (#2430)
Updated the tf_example_decoder to support the case where the keypoint labels in the image/object/keypoint/text feature but not in the keypoint label map.
[NumPy] Remove references to deprecated NumPy type aliases.
Piping image id lists for context features for attention visualization DEFAULT_VALUE_OK=setting prefetch batches default to 2 as using -1 can cause memory issues for some models such as context r-cnn that use sequence examples.
