Instead of getting the options every time before the forgot-to-render interval check, now just doing it once. Hopefully this helps with the memory leak of #108 and the error messages of #113.
Added forgot-to-render support for Thunderbird (and Postbox)
Created grayscale-ish images for the disabled toolbar button rather than using the svg trick
