Fixed bug #71: Thunderbird: OptionsStore.set/remove callbacks not firing. Refactored Mozilla background service code. Made auto-tests available on Thunderbird (they would have caught the bug).
Firefox: Added contextual enabling and disabling of toolbar button
Created grayscale-ish images for the disabled toolbar button rather than using the svg trick
