Fixed bug: Chrome: If many tabs were being restored, the hotkey handler could fail to get activated. (And the background page would spit out lots of errors.)

Fixed bug #71: Thunderbird: OptionsStore.set/remove callbacks not firing. Refactored Mozilla background service code. Made auto-tests available on Thunderbird (they would have caught the bug).
Renamed the Mozilla options.js background script to background-services.js. This better reflects the breadth of use of the file.
Updated version numbers. Added mention of Opera to README.
