Added the beginnings of some unit tests. Also found a fixed a couple of little bugs while in OptionsStore while writing the tests.

Replaced use of outerHTML (and added tests for new function)
Hide auto-tests link for any platform other than Chrome and Firefox -- the page doesn't yet work in Thunderbird
