Made note of improved Wordpress compatibility. Updated links from the Markdown Cheatsheet to the Markdown Here Cheatsheet (I forked the latter from the former a little while ago).
remove defunct Safari support; remove precompilation
Fixed some file permissions (Windows+Cygwin loves adding an execute bit)
Changed all file permissions to 644 (until Cygwin screws it up again...)

Changed syntax highlight theme back to Github (again). I just couldn\'t tolerate having green for deletions and red for insertions in the diff coloring. Re-did one of the screenshots.
