A few Cmake build improvements from Issue 48: * Use the path holding the current file to make the build/cmake/*.cmake files more independent * Use CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR in the top-level CMakeLists.txt to locate the macro files and the version file.
Improve cmake detecting a function on linux. The GNU C library defines stub functions(chflags, fchflags..), and so cmake detecting the function process found out that stub function. This commit avoid detecting the stub function.
Clean up the top level a bit by moving the auxiliary cmake files down into build/cmake and the windows build files down into build/windows. I intend to do the same with the autoconf files, but that will require a little more creativity.
Fix the CMake build on systems that lack a C++ compiler. libarchive doesn't need C++, so we should be able to build on systems that don't have a C++ compiler.
