Porting Phase2Tracker Digitizer from 62X_SLHC release. Updated also TrackerGeometry class in Geometry/TrackerGeometryBuilder moving the enum definition in the headerfile
Bug fix in cross talk calculation for OT modules. Also added an option to consider/not consider modules where there are no SimHits. A new configuration parameter has been introduced for this purpose
