Fix the bugs in HGCal TB simulation for 2023 scenarios

Update the Analyzer code for 2023 HGCal Test Beamcode utiliszing 8 inch wafers
Migrate all file to use phase2_realistic_T35 instead of phase2_realistic_T33
Modify the name of the class HGCPassive to HGCalTBPassive to separate the names of TB and non-TB classes of HGCal
Update the cfg files for the old TB runs of HGCal
Enable the analysis code for HGCal TB for 6-inch wafer to run properly
Modify HGCal TB related scenarios and scripts in view of changed initialization of SDs
Add back explicit categories where needed
