This commit adds fillDescriptions to SiStripClusterizerFromRaw and the factory classes it uses, and modifies SiStripClusterizerFromRawGPU so that it uses the same StripClusterizerAlgorithmFactory pset config as SiStripClusterizerFromRaw.
