Dijet Ratio Analysis. Module from Manoj Jha used to run on CMSSW_1_2_0 QCD samples and make dijet ratio. Includes the control files, condor jobs and root scripts used to make plots. Builds against both the 1_2_x and 1_3_x series.
Correct Normalization
Added example scripts to plot dijet mass and dijet ratio in the test directory. Also, made a small modification to "runL2L3JetCorrectionExample_cfg.py" to make it run in CMSSW_3_3_X.
