Try too remove compilation warnings in PhysicsTools/PatAlgos
Replace Geometry_cff with GeometryDB_cff
Removed legacy config files, replaced with edmTestCfgTranslation translated ones.
Added unit test for UserData
Added UserData test case when UD is produced before Layer 1, and imported by the Layer 1 producers into the objects. As you can see from the code, it's not that trivial to do. Anyway, it was useful because it pointed out a framework bug (see https://hypernews.cern.ch/HyperNews/CMS/get/edmFramework/1760.html)
