[ANALYSIS] py2/3 compatibility:drop use of __future__
Update recently changed python code to use python 2.6/2.7 constructs.
Heppy: update tau ID working points for 80X
use all.py instead of __init__.py to imoprt everything so that pepople loading only one are not slowed down
Heppy: GeneratorAnalyzer was moved to gen so it should not be in objects.all
Moving to cMVAv2 algo for jet bTagMVA
