Try to sort out the issue of SimHit for muons using dd4hep
Replace std::cout with edm::LogVerbatim in Geometry/MuonNumbering
Take care of ESGetToken in Geometry/MuonNumbering
Modify several test scripts in the Geometry package in view of changing Phase2 scenario default to D121 instead of D110
rename DD4Hep to DD4hep
Add back explicit categories where needed
