[GENERATORS] Applying code checks/format
Remove unused source. It is now a producer.
New version which allows to read files produced by MARS_15 (from D. Mangeol)
a bug fix in x and y coordinate and some other small changes from Nadia, and also a change to avoid to hardcode the number of line of the MARS files.
