ability for DAQ Raw Writer test module to run single lumisection only. Files and directories that are common over a run are written atomically and will not be replaced if present. EoR file can be disabled with "writeEoR" parameter. Note: this disables BU mode creation of lock files which are obsolete (file locking mode in HLT input source is obsolete and will be removed in YETS) - add option to write raw data only to open subdirectory
