Important changes w.r.t to what already in release: The Et staturation value has been changed from 2 TeV to 500 GeV. Changes were necessary in DataFormats/EcalDigi/interface/EcalEBPhase2TriggerPrimitiveSample.h and related and all files committed here. Also the SimCalorimetry/EcalEBTrigPrimProducers/test/testPhase2_15_0_0.py -> SimCalorimetry/EcalEBTrigPrimProducers/test/testPhase2_17_x_y.py has been updated to work with CMSSW_17_x_y
Change ECAL Phase 2 TP sample type to uint16_t.
