Add imports for new alias
Add DQMEDHarvester as an alias for EDProducer. Change the config files for classes which inherit from DQMEDHarvester to refer to DQMEDHarvester instead on cms.EDProducer.
Update ECAL Phase 2 development reconstruction configuration and DQM.
Automatically convert EDAnalyzer("QualityTester")
Disabled a few plots from the offline workflows that were not meant to be filled. These changes have no effect on DQM other than a significant reduction in the ECAL DQM warnings published on the logs.
