Remove dependency on Totem geometry
Increase histogram bin range for RP State per Lumisection
Don't use Totem T2 RecHits due to relVal geometry problems, DB vs xml
Adding missing cmath header which was cleaned up in root master
fix a bunch of test configuration files for invalid PoolDBESSoure parameters
After tests with first LHC data.
