Replace third-party DNS with own server endpoints - Add lib/server-config.ts as single source of truth for self-hosted DoH/DoT/IPs - Update lib/dns-config.ts to import from server-config and remove AdGuard/Cloudflare fallbacks - Modify app/api/ios-profile/route.ts to use only own DoH/DoT URLs instead of public presets - Adjust components/ConnectSection.tsx to display own server addresses and clarify RKN bypass logic - Update README.md to emphasize exclusive use of self-hosted resolver and remove third-party examples

Implement functional DNS bypass resolver with DoH endpoint and anti-poisoning - Added dns/resolver.py: Core Python 3 DNS server resolving via encrypted DoH/DoT upstreams (Cloudflare, Google, AdGuard) to bypass DPI blocking. Implements LRU caching, private IP filtering (anti-poisoning), DNSSEC AD-flag handling, and ECH (Encrypted Client Hello) hints for SNI-sensitive domains like YouTube, Telegram, Discord. - Added dns/doh_server.py: RFC 8484 compliant DNS-over-HTTPS endpoint supporting GET/POST wire-format queries, CORS headers for browser clients, and threading support. - Added dns/selftest.py: Comprehensive test suite verifying UDP/TCP connectivity, real IP resolution for blocked domains, anti-poisoning logic, ECH record injection, NXDOMAIN handling, cache performance, and AAAA support. - Updated docker-compose.yml: Integrated openaccess-resolver service alongside AdGuard Home, exposing ports 5353 (DNS) and 8053 (DoH) for local testing without root privileges. - Updated lib/dns-config.ts: Replaced placeholder values with working public fallback endpoints (AdGuard DoH/DoT) and added structured config fields for browser presets and Android Private DNS hostnames. - Updated app/api/ios-profile/route.ts: Enhanced mobileconfig generation to include both DoH and DoT settings using dynamic environment variables or working fallbacks, ensuring immediate functionality on iOS devices. - Updated components/ConnectSection.tsx and MobileSection.tsx: UI adjustments to display actual working DoH/DoT addresses instead of placeholders, improving user clarity for quick setup. - Updated config/conf/AdGuardHome.yaml: Fixed password hash format and ensured consistent upstream configuration aligned with the new resolver architecture.
