Update fts5 scan costs to take into account that a prefix query combined with a rowid equality constraint is still quite expensive.
Enhance the performance of fts5 AND and OR queries.
Add the -trigram option to the fts5txt2db.tcl script.
Add a -detail option to the loadfts5.tcl script. For creating tables with the detail= option set.
Tweaks to help make jimsh0 usable to build using nmake. Does not quite work yet, but getting closer.
Fix problems with prefix queries in fts5.
