the database was refactored (tables with a list of dialogs and groups were combined into one table)
added chat creation confirmation, and now the group and chat are created through procedures (reduced delays in accessing the database)
changed sending files to the client
added support for chunk acceptance of files on the server
The server architecture has been changed and the server side has been adapted to json requests.
