Initial commit: LumenServer
corrected build.sh in terms of checking the env file, the generation of the default config has been fixed (server -> Server). the function of replacing sql queries for the libpqxx parser has been added (now MySQL and PostgreSQL are easily replaced)
fixed the build via Docker, now everything is going correctly.
