Ceased tracking app_metadata.json and buildManifest.json. Now replaced with template files. Minor changes to .gitignore file - helpers\templates_LOCALE is now being properly tracked + Minor refactoring. Added "AI-generated, to be rewritten/edited" notices to scanStrings.py and BUILD.py files. Add language options to README files.
