Renaming and rebranding to DefectDojo. This commit updates every reference to TestTracker, TestTrack, tt, tracker, etc. to the new DefectDojo name. All variables, class names, file names, and contents have been updated. NOTE: It should be known that all database tables for the "tracker" application will have to be manually renamed with the "dojo" prefix.
