to get create statements for DBA record:
grep CREATE *.debug > DTschema.debug
clean up DTschema.debug and replace schema name
also change the GRANT SELECT according to setup

add extra TIME column to the payload tables

create METADATA table
sqlplus user@devdb10/pass < createMetaDataTable.sql

create catalog tables
